UPDATE: Sooty and his brother, Sweep, were once kenneled together, but unfortunately, their shared environment only seemed to fuel each other’s fears. They were like two toxic influences, holding each other back from progressing. In hindsight, we realize that separating them earlier would have been the best choice—but we’re thrilled to share that, now apart, both are thriving. Just a few days after their separation, Sooty has shown remarkable progress. Yesterday, he went for a walk, and for the first time, we saw his tail wagging—an incredibly positive sign we hadn’t witnessed before. This is a breakthrough moment for him, and it’s clear that he’s starting to flourish in his own space.
