Although Twister is frightened at the moment, we never define a dog by their first few days with us. Fear fades, confidence grows, and we’ve been privileged to watch countless timid dogs become wonderful companions. He’s just a young boy who needs a chance. Twelve very lucky dogs were welcomed to Galgos del Sol at the end of June from an overcrowded rescue, and Twister is one of them. With the summer heat already becoming relentless, they will at least have some relief while they wait for the next chapter of their lives.
We lent a paw to Asociación Protectora de Animales Por un Mundo ideal M.S and took their scared galgos and mixes to give them more space. They are over crowded and freeing up 3 kennels for them is a good feeling. The best part is tho we can start socializing these galgos and it seems there is alot of work to do! They need homes! — Tina
