Turned over to GDS by her galguero, Panocha is absolutely terrified. It’s heartbreaking to see a dog in this state without knowing the source of her fear. She is a beautiful caramel-colored brindle with bright, expressive eyes. We hope that, in time, Panocha will learn to trust and discover that not all people cause harm.
