UPDATE: Loki is no more a terrified soul! He has made a lot of progress and will thrive in a home. He walks nicely and calmly on a lead but because he was a scared boy when arrived, he can still spook easily when out walking if there is a loud noise or someone appears unexpectedly. Even though he gets along with other dogs, Loki prefers cuddles and humans over playing when out in the play area. Loki is ready to a family of his own. Please contact us for more information.
A scared street rescue, Loki needs time to settle in and learn that humans come with treats and ear scratches. He’s going to need a very experienced home as he gets spooked quickly. Loki was very hard to trap on the streets as he was so suspicious. We are looking for a home with other confident dogs, someone willing to use a GPS and a 3 point harness to help keep him safe and someone that understands how fast these dogs can escape and the consequences if that happens. If Loki can escape in those first few weeks he will. A handsome guy, Loki believes that his forward floppy ears will help him stand out. Please contact us for more information.
