As Dia Del Galgo approached February 1st, GDS decided to return to an extremely overcrowded perrera where we had previously removed 28 dogs in January. Amor is one of the 13 lucky dogs in the next group that we were able to bring to GDS. It was rough to choose between the ones to bring and the ones we had to leave some behind. Our kennels were bursting and to leave desperate dogs behind was gut-wrenching. Update: we went back two days later and took out the remaining pods and galgos!
