Magnum is a big boy with a beautiful long dark snout but is very timid. Change such as these dogs have endured, can be overwhelming. Every dog adjusts at their own pace—some settle in within days, others take months, and some don’t truly relax until they arrive in their forever home. Twelve very lucky dogs were recently welcomed to Galgos del Sol at the end of June from an overcrowded rescue, and Magnum is one of them. With the summer heat already becoming relentless, they will at least have some relief while they wait for the next chapter of their lives.
We lent a paw to Asociación Protectora de Animales Por un Mundo ideal M.S and took their scared galgos and mixes to give them more space. They are over crowded and freeing up 3 kennels for them is a good feeling. The best part is tho we can start socializing these galgos and it seems there is alot of work to do! They need homes! — Tina
